I don’t know if any of you have also tried this tea. I’ve done it a few times…being parionid that maybe my milk supply had dropped.

Both times I’ve done it I cant seem to get Ara to drink enough and I’m so full. So how in a growth spurt I’ve decied to give it another go…Ara always seems to turn into a milk-a-holic during these times…and we have to keep the food going.

We’ve had teeth teeth teeth for what seems for ever.

We’ve been using a teeth spray which seems to take the edge off…when we remember to use it.

We’ve had another rough night and with the wether like it is we are all going a bit crazy. The cat has been running from one end of the house to the other. The turkeys are trying to hide in Daves garden close to the house.

With Ara being in a bit of pain from her teeth she’s been needing heaps of help. Milk and hugs which I’ve been using a sling a lot. I’ve been a bit streatched but have been making it through. I’ve sorted my dinner already thank goodness for our crockpot I can’t wait for my new book to arrive then I’ll have both of them…now with Ara asleep I’m thinking I’ll keep looking at food ideas for the next week.

I’ve been reading two books at the moment as I’m a bit worried about what food I’m eating and what the affect it has on me and Ara via breastmilk. Suzannah Oliver’s “What should I feed my Baby?” which I must say is a really good book with some great recipes in it. Ara the big non eater will acturaly down a lot of some of these foods.

The other book I’ve been reading is “Baby Matters” (Bit of a terrible web site I know but the informaiton is good) So with this book I’ve been thinking a lot about cows milk. I don’t drink a lot but I must say I do think there is something in it that does not arrgee with me…so I’m going to cut it out. Tomatoes as well…I’ve just got a funny feeling in there as I’ve never been keen on them either…mostly the paste I think its just too strong.
